All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
At Raven Lily, our jewelry is carefully handcrafted and affordably priced. Because we are unable to control how jewelry is worn or handled after delivery, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or normal wear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue.
To be eligible for a return due to damage:
Item must be unworn and unused
Original packaging and tags must be included

Approved returns will receive instructions for sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized pieces, and perishable or hazardous items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider.
